The SmartDoc system uses a smart phone or tablet to quickly obtain quality images of gels for your records or anaylsis. The Incucyte 3D Nanowell Plates facilitate high-throughput organoid studies by creating a 3D microenvironment that mimics in vivo conditions supporting organoid growth and differentiation. These plates feature an array of hydrogel-printed microwells each optimized to foster uniform and reproducible organoid formation. Additionally each well contains a dedicated pipetting port for seamless medium changes that can be integrated with automated processes thus enhancing efficiency and reproducibility in large-scale screening assays. Together with the Incucyte Live-Cell Analysis System and Incucyte Organoid Analysis Software Module 9600-0034 these plates enable high-throughput long-term imaging and analysis of organoids providing insights into their growth and viability dynamics. INTACT GENOMICS INC ig Recombinase Polymerase Amplification (RPA) Kit v2, 100 Reactions
The improved IG Recombinase Polymerase Amplification Version 2 Kit (IG RPA Kit v2) amplifies DNA at a single and constant temperature (25°C – 42°C) using a recombinase (e.g. UvsX), primers, a single-stranded DNA binding protein (SSB), and a strand displacing DNA polymerase. T4 UvsX is used in combination with its accessory protein, UvsY. The recombinase interacts with the primers to form nucleoprotein filaments. This complex can bind with homologous double-stranded DNA through a strand exchange. After the exchange, a single-stranded binding protein, T4 gp32, stabilizes the displaced strand. Finally, Bsu/Sau DNA polymerase extends the DNA from the primers, creating a new complete copy of the template, and amplification can continue as in Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). IG RPA v2 offers More robust amplification and more specific amplification of the primary target than Version 1 for some applications. It may reduce background amplification of off-target sites.
